Hi, My name is Laura. I'm 45 and was diagnosed with Hashimotos after my youngest daughter was born 11 years ago, and began to self educate for holistic approaches to healing a few years ago. I stumbled on the 29 Gifts book after hearing it referred in another book. Since completing Yoga Teacher Training 1.5 years ago, I'm a firm believer in treating the mind, body AND spirit. Looking forward to adding the giving challenge to my daily life!
