PROGRESS REPORT Last week’s mediation with Kevin, my son’s father, and my parents went well. We agreed on some changes for Henry’s visitation schedule to give his dad more visitation in Denver and I get to see Henry when he is here. This means I don’t need to make a trip to Kimball, Nebraska where my parents have custody of Henry every month. The trip is physically and emotionally exhausting. Kevin and Henry came over to my apartment last Sunday and we went swimming. It was a nice day.
My first oral surgery on June 14th has left me so swollen and sore, I can’t talk, eat or rest easily. Two teeth were removed; one impacted wisdom tooth on my lower right side and my upper left canine. I have stitches in both places that can’t be removed until June 28th. Eating is painful, even with the retainer with a fake tooth in it. My periodontist had to do a large bone graft on the upper jaw because I don’t have enough bone to anchor an implant. I will be toothless for several months while I heal.
CAN YOU HELP? I am raising money to cover final expenses from my dog, Charlie's passing and costs to adopt and train my new dog, Trooper so he is a registered service dog. I also need help covering costs for $10,000 worth of dental work. Please chip in what you can and share this link in the spirit of community! Thanks to my friends, family and fans for helping me raise $750 so far! https://www.gofundme.com/help-cami-break-free-from-ptsd-ms
