Hello. I own a yoga studio and as I was doing research for class theme about the spirit of giving I came across 29gifts. I am still reading it and it has impacted my day today in ways I can't even described. I have spent the day crying as I read the stories of gifting cami's stories. I have listened to the universe around me begin to speak and what I heard was that I would want to start 29 day giving challenge myself, but I want to challenge my students to also begin. The shift in the human spirit when we can extend that gift out is so empowering and heartwarming. I am going to begin this challenge this weekend and invite all my students to join in the challenge. 29 Gifts is what lead me to yoga - now I'm on - I don't even know...60, 65, of never missing yoga or giving...because BOTH feel so darn good :)
