I listened to the audiobook last week, and yesterday was day 1 for me. I bought my granddaughter some clothing items that I know she will like. This was an easy first day activity as I buy her things all the time, but I made sure to do it from a conscious place. Today is day 2, and I am going to take my husband out to dinner, even though it is raining, and I had a long week and staying home is tempting!
