About Me I have been involved in Fitness since my early 20s and with encouragement from friends became an ACE Group exercise instructor at 62 and Certified Personal Trainer at 63. My goal is to help others become fit and live a healthier life. I'm not fighting getting older, I'm enjoying every bit of it. My favorite quote, "Muscle does not know age, it only knows use and disuse!" My favorite class to teach is RIP'd by PowerMusic, a 60 minutes choreographed weight work
