After recognizing that emotional roller coaster ride I take day by day I've decided to take part in 29 days of giving to take my mind off myself and pour into others. I recognize the importance of vibrating on a higher frequency and most days I do, though I recognize that consistency is the key. I know that being conscious of being in the giving spirit everyday is one of the healthiest steps I can take in my life.
