Welcome to the challenge, sugeet! There are only two 'rules' for the challenge: 1) Give each gift mindfully and with intention. 2) Journal your gifts privately or online to share your experience with the community. The first day is the hardest, but you'll soon find it gets easier and easier as the days fly by! A day or two before you start the challenge, I suggest you journal your strengths and weaknesses in terms of gifts you have to share. Giving from scarcity is recommended. For example, if you are short on time, plan to spend time with someone in need or donate time to a charity. If you are low on funds, pay for someone's lunch or put coins in the gumball machines at the grocery store. Leave a dollar bill in a book at the Dollar Store. When you get up each morning, take a few moments to think about the gifts you have to offer and about any specific opportunities you'll have that day to give a gift. Once you get in the flow, giving opportunities will start presenting themselves all the time. Good luck and please let me know if you need more suggestions.
