Okay, really excited to be back in this community, having been part of it a few years ago and feeling really supported and inspired by all the giving that we all do! Day 1 of reprise: I called my brother to tell him about a Android app I've found really useful called SleepyTime. It tells you how to time your morning wake up to be at the best end of your 90-minute sleep cycles. I am not a morning person, but I have been waking up more refreshed since using it! I shared it with him in the hopes it might help him get a better rest too, he really needs it.
