Day 2 of giving: I woke up this morning with the intention of giving with gratitude. I wasn't sure who I was going to be giving to today but knew that as the day went by it would appear to me. I was in the midst of my hot yoga class when it came to me...I will make my Mother a gallon of fresh cold brewed organic green tea. She is always buying them at starbucks which can get pretty expensive so I will brew her some. She is always helping me out with my kiddos and has really helped me through some challenging times in my life and I really want to show her some gratitude. I wanted to sneak it into her fridge while she was at work but as I opened the door I saw her teleworking today so my plans to sneak it in was spoiled. Non the less she was thrilled that I had made her the tea because she was just about to head to starbucks to go buy one.
As I was driving home I noticed that my neighbor's tree in her front yard had three broken branches from the heavy snow today and it is blocking her driveway. I know she and her husband are really busy and most likely don't have a saw so I go to my garage and grab my saw and ladder. I gently take them down and drag them to the side of the house so they are able to get in and out of their driveway and don't have to call a service to come take care of it for them. I especially enjoyed doing this because they don't know it was me and it makes me feel so overjoyed.
I can't wait to see my path for tomorrow!

I read the the awesome book 29 Gifts How a month of giving can change your life by Cami Walker (a total rock star in my book) I knew by the end of the first chapter I wanted to participate and be apart of this.
So today is my first day of giving. When checking the mail I see that I have a package which is my eye cream I ordered last week. I notice that I received two eye creams so I will be giving one to my best friend along with the 29 gifts book as my first gift today. I have an attitude for gratitude!
