Hello all,
i'm nearly finished the book and felt the need to continue the inspiration.
A story to start: I was hanging out at my work place today (not actually working). I only have one paid day per week at an Arts organisation. It was a very quiet Saturday afternoon. So a lady comes in to start her first Yoga class and the area she'd been promised was not available. I checked the system and found there was no other space free. She said the space in the office next to my desk would be room enough as it looked like people weren't turning up in droves anyway. We cleared the area and then stood there chatting and waiting to see if anybody would turn up. I mentioned I'd been interested to do her classes last year but was unable to attend at the time, this year I couldn't afford it. She said "you helped me, please, join the class for free" I assured her I hadn't helped her or said that anticipating a reward. She said if I joined it would make her happy.
No other participants turned up, I said she should enjoy her evening off and I would be happy to come to next weeks class instead. The beautiful woman insisted and we had a lovely class. I am feeling enlivened and thankful.
