I just finished reading 29 Gifts. I love this movement and can't wait to get started. I gave my first gift yesterday and I'm excited to keep it going. I'm very new to the "self-help" world, so this is one of the first books I've read in that category. I love how it makes you think about things differently.

Yesterday was Day One for me. I gave a belated birthday gift to a coworker. I almost didn't, just because we've never exchanged gifts in the 3 years we've worked together. I know she's been really stressed this school year. I gave her a deck of daily affirmation cards to read at work. She really liked it and wants to share with the rest of our team as the school year winds down and we all find ourselves getting burnt out!
