I founded a private school. Single mom to four young sons - recently coupled with a wonderful boyfriend who also has four children. My school and my life are moving in a positive direction. Sometimes so slowly its hard to see progress - sometimes so quickly its mind-blowing. I remain stuck feeling often though. I feel shame and deep doubt about what I can/can't do or be. I want to feel relaxed and to be grateful instead of anxious. What can I give? How can I start?
